Q: How can I book an appointment?
A: You can book by calling (209) 408-8597, booking online through our website, or visiting us in person. Online booking is available 24/7.
Q: Should I call or book online?
A: Online booking is the fastest and easiest way to reserve an appointment. For immediate appointments, group bookings, service questions, or special requests, we recommend calling the salon directly.
Q: Do I need an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?
A: We highly recommend appointments, especially during peak hours, weekends, and holidays. However, we do accept walk-ins based on availability. Wait times may vary depending on how busy we are and the services requested.
Q: Do you accept immediate or same-day appointments?
A: Yes. Immediate or same-day appointments may be available depending on our schedule. We recommend booking early, especially on weekends and holidays.
Q: What are your business hours?
A: Monday - Saturday: 10AM - 7PM.
Sunday: CLOSED.
Holiday hours may vary. Please call to verify.
Q: What is your late arrival and cancellation policy?
A: We reserve your appointment time specifically for you. To help us stay on schedule and accommodate all guests, we kindly ask for at least 1 hour notice for cancellations, rescheduling, or service changes. However, 24 hours notice is greatly appreciated whenever possible.
Late arrivals may require shortened services or rescheduling depending on availability. Late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, service changes, and no-shows leave empty appointment slots that are difficult to fill and affect both our staff and other guests waiting for appointments.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in booking restrictions or refusal of future service.
Q: What services do you offer?
A: We specialize in manicures, pedicures, acrylics, Gel X, Builder Gel, dip powder, custom nail art, nail repairs, removals, waxing, and more. Visit our services page for complete details.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, debit cards, and Venetian Nail Spa gift cards.
Tipping is cash only. ATM available in-store ($1.50 fee). No tipping on credit cards or payment apps.
Q: Do you offer refunds if I am unhappy with my service?
A: We strive for 100 percent customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know immediately before leaving the salon so we can address the issue. We do not offer refunds for completed services, but we will gladly correct qualifying issues within 2 days of service.
Q: How do you ensure cleanliness and sanitation?
A: We follow strict sanitation and hygiene procedures. Tools are properly cleaned and sterilized, disposable liners are used for pedicure tubs, and our team follows handwashing and glove protocols. Our salon is periodically inspected by the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology for health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
Q: Are your nail technicians licensed?
A: Yes. All technicians are professionally trained and licensed in California.
Q: What should I do before my appointment?
A: Please arrive on time and book all desired services in advance. If you currently have product on your nails, please book the proper removal service as well (if applicable).
Q: Do I need to book French tips, nail art, or additional add-ons separately?
A: Yes. Please include French tips, soak-offs, removals, nail art, or any additional add-on services when booking so enough time can be reserved for your appointment.
Q: Do you offer soak-off or removal services?
A: Yes. We offer gel, acrylic, dip, builder gel and Gel X removals. Please select the proper removal service when booking online.
Q: What is the difference between Gel Polish, Gel X, and Builder Gel?
A: Please visit our services page for detailed information and recommendations for each service type.
Q: How long do services usually take?
A: Service times vary depending on the service selected, nail length, nail condition, and design complexity. Detailed nail art or longer nail sets may require additional time.
Q: How often should I get a fill?
A: We typically recommend fills every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain the appearance, balance, and durability of your nails.
Q: What if I have allergies or sensitivities?
A: Please inform us before your appointment if you have allergies, sensitivities, injuries, or medical concerns. If you experience an allergic reaction after service, seek medical attention and contact us immediately.
Q: Do you treat ingrown toenails or fungus?
A: Sorry, we do not. California licensed nail technicians are legally prohibited from treating ingrown toenails or fungus because it falls outside the scope of cosmetology practice. Clients with these conditions should seek treatment from a licensed medical professional or podiatrist.
Q: Why might a service be refused?
A: For health, sanitation, legal, or safety reasons, we may refuse services involving infections, open wounds, inappropriate behavior, or requests outside our licensed scope of practice.
Q: How can I make my nails and pedicure last longer?
A: We recommend using cuticle oil regularly, avoiding excessive water exposure, wearing gloves while cleaning, and following proper aftercare instructions provided by your technician.
Q: Do you offer services for men or children?
A: Yes. We offer services for men and kid-friendly manicures and pedicures.
Q: Do you offer group bookings for special events?
A: Yes. We love hosting bridal parties, birthdays, and other special occasions. Please call ahead for group bookings and availability.
Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes. We offer both physical and eGift cards, which make the perfect gift for any occasion. Gift cards can be purchased in-store or online.

A: Sorry. At this time, we do not offer organic or nontoxic nail products.
Q: Are pets allowed inside the salon?
A: Only trained service animals are permitted inside the salon for health and safety reasons.
Q: Do you take photos or videos of clients’ nails?
A: We may occasionally photograph or film completed nail sets for social media or marketing purposes. Please let us know if you prefer not to be recorded or photographed.
