Do I need an appointment or do you accept walk-ins

We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Venetian Nail Spa Modesto gift cards.
Tipping is cash only. ATM available instore. No tipping on credit cards or apps.
Do you offer gift cards
Yes. We offer both physical and eGift cards, which make the perfect gift for any occasion. Gift cards can be purchased in-store or on our website. Links at bottom of this page.

What is the difference between gel and dip powder nails
Gel polish is cured under a UV LED lamp and lasts about 2-3 weeks.
Dip powder involves dipping your nails into a pigmented powder and sealing it with a top coat. It tends to last longer, 3-4 weeks.
Do you offer organic or nontoxic nail products
No. We currently do not offer organic or nontoxic nail products.
Can I bring my own nail polish
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own polish. However, we cannot guarantee the longevity of the polish compared to our professional grade products.
How do you ensure cleanliness and sanitation
We take hygiene very seriously and follow strict sanitation protocols.
All tools are cleaned and sterilized using the latest sterilization technology.
Disposable liners are used for pedicure tubs and disposed of after each use.
Our team follows proper handwashing and glove usage guidelines.
Our facilities are periodically inspected by the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. The board enforces health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure salons comply with state laws. Inspectors conduct routine and unannounced inspections to check for proper licensing, sanitation, and safe practices.
Are your nail technicians licensed
Yes. All our nail technicians are professionally trained and licensed in California.
What is your cancellation policy
We prefer at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Minimum 2 hours prior notice. Repeated noshows or late cancellations may be subject to refusal of service.
Do you offer refunds if I am unhappy with my service
We strive for 100 percent customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know before you leave so we can make it right. We do not offer refunds but will gladly fix any issues within 2 days of your service.
What if I have an allergic reaction to a product
Please inform us of any known allergies before your appointment. If you experience a reaction, seek medical attention and contact us immediately.
